 St. Flippo Biography

Saint Filippo was an Italian saint who lived in the 14th century. He was born in 1392, the son of a wealthy merchant, and he was raised in a devout Catholic family.

Filippo was a bright and talented young man, and he excelled in his studies. He received a classical education, and he became fluent in Latin and Greek. He also had a keen interest in theology and philosophy, and he spent much of his time reading and studying the works of the Church fathers.

In 1415, Filippo entered the Dominican Order, and he was ordained a priest a few years later. He was known for his deep faith and his devotion to the Church, and he quickly gained a reputation as a talented preacher and theologian.

Filippo spent much of his life traveling and preaching, and he was known for his eloquence and his ability to inspire others. He was particularly concerned with the spiritual well-being of the poor and the marginalized, and he worked tirelessly to serve these groups.

Dear St. Filippo,
