Free Shipping

Orders of $60 or more automatically qualify for FREE Shipping. Select the “Free Shipping” option at check out. Free Shipping is only available inside the continental U.S. this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, foreign U.S. military bases and embassies, and all international shipments. With free shipping, your order will be delivered 5-8 business days after all your items are available to ship, including pre-order items.

Shipping for all other orders under $60 is charged a flat rate of $2.99.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped to arrive within 5-7 business days. Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.

A number of our items are made to order and are distinguished as such on the product page. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the manufacturing of these products before shipment. We apologize for the inconvenience but are proud to offer you the highest quality products.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via the email address you used when placing your order. For your protection, all orders are subject to review including credit card authorization and verification. In order to provide you with quicker service, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments at no additional cost.

General Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed: We guarantee the quality and workmanship of every item and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate an exchange or refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ChristianApostles does not provide shipping labels for returns.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

-Exceptions: 14kt gold products. Due to policies of our manufacturers, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied if you decide to return a 14kt gold product.

Instructions For All Returns

To return merchandise, please contact us at: ContactUs@ChristianApostles.com and return your merchandise within 30 days of the date printed on your order packing slip. Label the box according to the instructions provided, package the items carefully, and ship using a carrier with tracking, such as the US Post Office or UPS. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
