Prayer for Wisdom and Guidance:

Dear Heavenly Father,

As an accountant, I need Your wisdom and guidance in all that I do. Help me to make wise decisions, and to use my skills and knowledge for Your glory. Give me the insight and understanding I need to provide accurate and fair financial reports.

Patron Saints for Accountants

Saint Matthew the Apostle Matthew was a tax collector before he was called by Jesus to become one of his disciples. He is the patron saint of accountants, bankers, and bookkeepers because of his former profession as a tax collector.
